Maybe this has been previously covered (if so, I couldn't find any threads), but are there any good methods for identifying glass based on the stampings? I have two pieces to identify. I'm happy to do the leg work of looking them up if I know where to look.

1. Clear Windshield, AS1 29 stamping - suspect possibly '58-'59 Dodge/Chrysler/DeSoto 2 door and 4 door hardtop?

2. Tinted (Solex) high back window, AS2 499 stamping with B3039 in the area covered by the seal

I also have a known tinted (Solex) high back window out of a '60 DeSoto Adventurer sedan, stamped AS2 4 1 (space between the 4 and 1 - could be a missing digit?). That glass physically looks like it could be a match to #2 above.
