This past weekend the Chrysler 300 Club International had their Fall Meet in Branson, Missouri. I don't know if anyone on here made it over there or not, but there were plenty of great looking forward look Mopars on hand. Predominantly 300's, but there were a couple of non-300 forward look Mopars there too. We drove down in my grandfathers white '58 Chrysler 300-D hardtop and had a great time. Here are some pics from the event. Enjoy!

Thanks Josh for posting the pix. (Too bad you didn't play Letter Car Jeopardy!!) Here's a couple more of the 57 Saratoga, the only one I know which is driveable save for mine, Kenny's and Duncan Darby's! (Owner has had it for four years, bought at an auction from a Doctor's estate, low mileage 30K +/-. Nice original interior...)

If we're calling "dibs" then I'll take the red 300B!!

All those cars are absolutely stunning. I believe the '57 Belvedere convertible with the Hemi is from north Fort Worth. If so, I have only seen it out twice and both times it was dark and the owner was gone. Beautiful rides!!

Mike, you sure that's a 392???

When I saw its pic, I said to myself : "Self, I wonder what year of DODGE Hemi that thing is running?"

I also wondered about its carburetor models, and if they were dedicated dual-4 models.

Then, I noticed that the car is wearing one of the two low-boy styles of dual-reservoir master cylinders which will comfortably
fit under a power brake booster.

And, then, I noticed that is got factory(?) A/C system in it.

WOW.

BTW, a properly-adjusted Dodge dual-4 set up can produce better MPG, at least thru the 'first' 4-barrels, than can a single-4
D500, because the primary throats of the rear and the front "dual" carbs are smaller than the primary and the secondary throats
on the single-4's carburetor.

So, if you can keep your foot out of the secondaries (and, what fun is THAT?), a dual-4 Dodge can be operated fairly economically.

With probably 500+ MoPars at Monster Mopar the same weekend in St Louis it's a real shame the events weren't coordinated to include the 300 club @ Gateway

Mike that is in fact my grandfather and I. The photo turned out great. I'm not real sure how you got it already, this is the first time I have seen it. That photo was taken by RJ Kern of Kern-Photo.com and he is a great photographer. Everybody should check out his work and see some the great images he shot of the cars and owners over the weekend.
