Description..

This scarce and desirable color and upholstery album contains swatches of all fabrics, vinyls and leathers available for 1956 New Yorker series cars (Windsor models were in a separate album). And it has three sets of color chips: one depicting solid colors, another with 2-tone combinations, and a third with 3-tone combinations for the St. Regis hardtop. Album is in good condition or better. Cover is of grained vinyl with the Chrysler Lion emblem embossed in gold. There is only light wear on the cover but it could benefit from a careful cleaning to remove spots or stains. Color chips are curled but okay otherwise and the upholstery swatch pages are clean with some yellowing at the exposed edges on some of them. A very presentable example of a difficult-to-find album. Dealers received these in limited quantities, often just one per dealer, and most were discarded at the end of the model year. This one has been in my collection for 30 years and it is now time to give someone else the opportunity to enjoy it. Shipping and handling extra, New York State sales tax added to resident purchases.
