Several years ago a number of local Mopar guys & gals got talking that we were getting awful tired of just sitting at car shows. We decided to start some annual Cruises. I have posted the invites here a few times, and am happy to do so again this year.

WELCOME to The 2011 WICKED GOOD NEW ENGLAND MOPAhTS CRUISE... Our 7th ANNUAL!

DATE: Saturday June 11th, starting at 8:00am from North Beach, NH.
PLACE: North Beach, NH - MEET at the BEACH 8:00am at the intersection of Route 1A (Ocean Boulevard) and 10th Street on the beach.
WHAT TO EXPECT: A full day of Cruising Mopars with stops to relax, chat, take pics, eat, as well as fuelling up, etc.
FACTOID: We always seem to run later than the estimated times given below.

- Raindate: Same times & places Sunday June 12th
- No rules or restrictions: Join wherever you want, leave whenever you need.
- All in the Mopar family are welcome: Share this on other Mopar Forums.
- Bring: Friends, kids, pets, spouses, hitchhikers, snacks, water, cameras, spare parts, whatevah.....
- Drive safe, be nice, have fun.

LOCATIONS and ITINERARY:

1.) North Beach, NH - MEET at 8:00am at the intersection of Route 1A (Ocean Boulevard) and 10th Street*. Park your car at the seawall and enjoy the wicked nice beach. Hang out ‘til we leave.

9:00am to 10:30am: CRUISE from North Beach, NH to Halibut Point State Park on Cape Anne, MA. Distance 42 miles. 1:30min.
ROUTE: South on 1A into Salisbury, MA. Right on 286 to Route 1 south. At Newburyport take High Street/1A south to Newbury and Rowley, turn left on 133 to Ipswich and Essex. Pick up Route 128N to Cape Anne and take 127 around to Halibut Point State Park. (Set GPS for Gott Avenue, Rockport, MA).

2.) Halibut Point State Park - MEET about 10:30am. One hour stop. Stretch legs, nice view of the Atlantic, historic light house, photo ops, chat and relax.

11:30am to 12:30pm: CRUISE from Halibut Point to Bedford Farms in Bedford, MA. Distance 44 miles 1:00 hr. ROUTE: Take 127 back to Route 128/95 South to Exit 31B and Route 225 into town. Bedford Farms is on the left 2.6 miles on Route 225 North from Exit 31B. (GPS for 18 North Road, Bedford, MA).
3.) Bedford, MA - MEET about 12:30pm at Bedford Farms ice cream stand. Relax for an hour in the shade of the giant Norway Maple next to their parking lot. Enjoy some ice cream made on the premises. It will carry us over ‘til we have a late lunch in Jaffrey, NH.

1:30pm to 3:00pm: CRUISE from Bedford Farms to Kimball’s Farm in Jaffrey, NH. Distance 48miles 1:30min. ROUTE: Stay with Rt.225 North out through Carlisle, Littleton, Forge Village. Pick up Rt.119 North up through Groton to Townsend. Turn North on 124 in West Townsend. Kimballs is a mile from Jaffrey Center. (GPS 158 Turnpike Road, Jaffrey, NH)

4.) Jaffrey, NH - MEET about 3:00pm FOR LATE LUNCH at Kimball’s Farms. Two hour LUNCH stop. Relax and enjoy their burgers, sandwiches or famous Lobster Roll in the shadow of Mt.Monadnock. Outdoor picnic tables or indoor seating. Ice cream sundaes, frappes and more for dessert.

THE FOLLOWING CRUISE OPTIONS will be DECIDED ON THE SPOT:

1. CRUISE WEST. Take 124 to Keene around Mt. Monadnock, then towards Brattleboro VT down I-91 south and home.

2. CRUISE SOUTHWEST. Take 202 past Quabbin Reservoir to Amherst, MA down along the CT River Rt 47 or to Turners Falls, MA via 202 and 2A.

3. CRUISE SOUTH to Ware, MA via 202, 2, 122 and 32 then pick up I-90 for the trip home.

....... or a combination of any of the above depending on time, mood and weather.
