The unique parts shown ... engine, fenders, air cleaner ... are all Firesweep only
and were not used on the Fireflite wagon. Why do the Sweep wagons survive in
such large numbers compared to the Fireflites ? The production numbers are not
THAT different ?

A "dream car" of mine is a 2 door Fireflite wagon. The key of which is that unique
long wheelbase wagon frame. All other parts are seen with some regularity.

Text from the first ad (before it's gone again);

These parts are from a 57 DeSoto Firelite Shopper station wagon. I have pretty much the whole car excepted the body. The frame is in great condition and was restored a few years back. Motor and trans has been rebuilt. Front fenders, hood and all four doors plus tons of other misalliance panels have been primed and are all in excellent condition. I also have all the glass as well. For any question please call Alex @ 916-807-6941.

These classic wagons are part of a 50-year collection that is being liquidated. They are all complete and not running. All are ideal candidates for restoring, resto-modding or all-out customizing. The first vehicle is a 1954 Chevrolet 210 for $3195. Then a 1957 DeSoto Firesweep for $1995. Then a 1961 Plymouth for $2495. Then a 1963 Studebaker Daytona Wagonaire with the sliding roof for $1895. Last wagon (not pictured) is a 1966 Mercury Colony Park 6-passenger w/ 410 v-8 and c6 automatic for $995. We are looking for new homes for these special-interest vehicles, so, please, no scrap metal seekers or parts pickers. Leads, referrals and offers will be appreciated.
