If it's the same as on a '58 Plymouth, the stainless steel trim is held down by brackets with a 3/16" stud.
You have to reach inside the car, high up on the firewall, to unbolt the studs from within.

Not sure if it's the same on a '61 Chrysler, though.

'61 Window trim is mostly clipped on with here and there a little screw. It's all mounted from the outside.
Start at the rear window and work your way forward.
I think I remember the roof rail trim sits over the front window trim, not sure exactly but I think that's why I needed to start at the back.

On the top rear window trim there are 2 very short sections, 1 on either side, just clip them off, there are 2 little screws underneath, start from there.
Once you've removed the few little screws on the outer ends use a suitable tool to lift the trim and release from their clips.
Work your way evenly along the trim section to be removed, releasing bit by bit on each clip as to not bend the trim.
The clips are pretty tough to release as they have little directional teeth on the inside keeping them in place...

Pics are of the clips that sit inside the trim pieces. The jaws of the clip grab into a metal chamber attached to the body in the window gutter/valleys front and rear.
On the top sections of the trim other clips with similar directional teeth sit inside the window seals and the trim is pushed into those. These are also used on the rear window side pieces.

It's a right chinese puzzel so good luck with it!
