Maybe contacting them they would provide the PT plates.

   Location: Hay Lakes, Alberta, Canada | If they are Canadian production cars, they won't have the same "PT" plates as on the U.S. ones. The body tag will only tell the model, body number, paint code, and the interior trim code.

Got a reply back from "Andy's"; the hardtop's sale is in 'escrow', now.
From the top photo, that car looks to have been all-black, originally; can't really see if
it's got the CAN ("Royal") interior, or the U.S. one.
Hardest aspect of its restoration would be the condition of its Masonite headliner and sunvisors.
