We drove on to Roswell, exciting place! and then through a rainy Texas.

For those of you who are wondering what is going on in the workshop, I can reveal that Fridberg is currently busy with a ... FORD!

Here are some spring pictures. The 61 Imperial Conv was peoples choise in Bollnas Motor Revy and repeated last weekend when it won the Hot Rod Show in Borlänge.
Frid's Polara is awakened from winter hibernation as well as the blue Imperial that came earlier from Charles Kee in Oregon.
The work in the garage goes ahead as planned!

Anything news at Jan's? He's an astonishing excellent Master of sheet metal and restoring marvellous cars. I like the photo documentation of the progress of the white 300 F - it's so similar to my Letter - except that my Letter is a coupé or two door hardtop.

A little update from the shop. Work on the Custom Fxxx goes ahead as planned. Summer came at last,
which means quality time in the Fireflite. There was also a trip to Stockholm, first a nice visit to Milestone Classics and then Leif Ivan's incredible collection of Classics,

The Imperial won the cruising award, voted by the giant crowd! Big!
We were also lucky with the weather, it has been basically raining every day before and after, a disaster summer in Sweden so far....

Back from Classic Car Week, the poor summer continued, rain and chilly, but still nice to meet all enthusiasts!
Now we hope for a hot autumn!

Hey all! Summer finally came in August, lovely! Now, in early September, everything is as usual, pouring rain!

This post will remind that the WPC club's autumn meeting is held in Malung this weekend.

Unfortunately I can not attend but wish all a nice visit!

In Frid´s shop, work is underway, now it´s a lovely ´61 who receive new life!

Now it's back to normal in the workshop, full speed ahead :)

This will be a looker. maybe the best looking model of Imperial after the mighty 59?

This Polaras appearance is also really cool!

Another very interesting creation is this which will be unveiled at the carshow in Lahti coming weekend.
Built by our friend Zacke. Attracts attention, guaranteed!
Will be back with more pictures when the car is introduced.

Now Zacke has shown his rod project at the show in Lahti!
To avoid unnecessary suffering, this was the starting material ....

As you can see, it is a unique creation with clear Forward Look influences.
I think Zacke has managed quite well with this one!

Of course the car drew much attention at this weekend's show where it had the good company of another creation influenced by Mercury ....

The rod is working and running!
Now remains a proper paintwork....
