Congratulations, zephyr9900!

That's a great wagon; looks to be in fine shape!

Really nice blue as well!

Any interior shots?

Congrats! I love the Valiant & Lancer wagons. They are just the right size for everyday use. There is a Lancer wagon for sale near me. If I wasn't already working on too many projects, I would go grab it. Want to trade your wagon for my '63 Nova wagon? Yeah, I didn't think so.

Any pics available on that 61 Lancer wagon? Inside/outside/options?

It'll make for a nice comparison with Herbert's ride.

The one listed isn't there anymore, but here is a front view. I don't have a lot of info on them.

Here is a picture of the back end of a '62. And I found the actual car that is for sale. Price is $3k in Lancaster, CA. He is selling that '63 Dart wagon too. I'm not sure about the '60 Dart though.

That 61 Lancer Wagon was just on eBay, a blue one. He swapped a 318 in place of the Slant Six It did not reach reserve. BTW the reserve is close to three times the high bid. It might still be around when your done with your projects!!

Any updates on your Valiant?

Your prediction came true and I sold my Nova wagon and got a blue '61 Lancer wagon. Probably not the same one you were looking at though, this one still has a slant 6.

Project was probably bad terminology as it just needs a little TLC like align/straighten bumpers, tune-up, front end work, fix small amount of rust in both rear quarters, a good cleaning, buffed and so on. The Valiant is all original and garage kept all its life. Was also told it was parked inside everyday while the owner was at work.
