This is from/for Gerry Schram..on this website:

Hello folks, this is my 57 DODGE (not Ram) Power Giant Power Wagon W100 which I've owned since 1975. I remember this truck since it made it's debut @ our county fair in 1957 & I showed it there again in 2012. These trucks are the first year offering for a V8 Power Wagon, 1/2 ton & standard body 4x4. Factory two tone paint was totally uncommon and has exotic options like an ash tray, heater, cigar lighter with defroster and signal lights. Trucks were not the leather trimmed carriages we expect in this day.
This W100 is powered by the optional 315 V8 polyspherical engine with 204 hp and 4:10 axle ratio.. Yes, the standard 17.5 wheels look big but are the standard equipment wheel.
Transmission is a three speed which served well athough a 4 spd & Loadflite automatic PUSH BUTTON was available.
Please note the Forward Look insignia on the front fender which is not shown on most of our makes.
The truck was first used new by a local resort but then repurchased by Orville, a professional bullhead fisherman. He used the truck on our snowy frozen lakes removing "rough fish" from our many waters.. My wife's cousin tells stories of riding in the W100 with doors open & chained up wheels starting to bust through the ice. Sounds fun! He traded for a new 66 when the Power Giant was used as a snow plow on the Dodge car lot my dad worked @ for almost 10 years. Orville bought 17 4x4's from Dad after witnessing the reliability in the 57.
My wife affectionately calls the truck Orville. When I stopped @ resorts up in the woods country of our county people would always ask if I was driving the Power Wagon, well now it's just a pet.

More from Gerry:

My 57 was Ecuador Blue & Mojave Beige as a new truck but later the blue was replaced by Dodge Red Truck Red. It plowed snow for man years. I repainted it back to Ecuador Blue in 76

These trucks were available with PUSH BUTTON Loadflite automatic 57-59 even in Power Wagons, however few were sold

Cool truck. Do you know if those 6 lug 17.5" wheels are the same as the ones used on the 2wd 3/4 & 1 ton? The 2wd version is 6x7-1/4".

Thanx, the 2 tone gives a net twist to the Power Giant look. I don't have the width on the wheels but I'm sure they are the same a the D200. I hihgly doubt a seperate wheel wouldn't be warranted for such a low volume truck.. After the 1st time I retired I bid on a 58 W100 2tone with automatic. It was a scary proposition not runnung drive shaft off so I did not "WIN" it
