Hello friends,
I guess you have seen this already, but I didn't find a thread for it that's why I am posting it:

http://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/realestate/unspecified/unspecif...

This is an 80 acre salvage yard with 8000 part cars and 400 project cars that is advertised for sale. The price is $ 3 000 000 - the approx. value of the cars for scrap, so it is a reasonable price keeping in mind the size of the yard I guess.
The seller hopes to be able to sell it to someone who will continue his business.
I hope that this place will not finish like Freman's auto salvage.

It would be so pity - so many classic cars to be destroyed and this in 2014 - when the old car hobby is more popular than ever before.

I live about 12 miles from this yard and visit it often... was just there last week looking for a 56 Plymouth trunk floor. It has a lot of Mopars from the 40's through 60's but many are very picked over.
