Yet another jem just in from California, a rust free rock solid big ol' '58 Dodge Coronet. Genuine black plate survivor with only 90,000 miles, still has the factory plastic seat covers and original upholstery, really nice headliner seats and carpets etc although one seam has come loose on the back of the drivers seat. 6 weeks at sea and the old girl fired right up without even a jump start! Always starts eagerly and drives really well with a lovely V8 rumble. Will need a few minor jobs doing and the usual going through for an MOT, brake hoses, washers, wiper blades etc etc. Has a brand new set of tyres recently fitted, even the stickers are still visible! All parts needed are readily available through a UK parts agent and I will supply his number. All in all a fabulous old survivor that is almost ready to use as is, I personally would not restore it as these sorts of unmolested cars are only original once! Duties have been paid and NOVA has been declared to HMRC, and i will supply all the relevant documentation necessary for UK registration along with the original California Title (the American equivalent of our V5) that confirms the mileage.
