found this site when I rebuilt my early hemi motor, not sure as to treat it as
gospel but has some good information.

Even though what he was doing was in some manner's "over the top" for most engine's and he poured 20-50 weight Engine Oil vs a ____ - 30 weight Engine Oil, I liked
it.
