Guy, at the very least, for the front end (where 80+% of the braking effect occurs), you want to have
as closely-mated, as possible, turned-drums be installed, so that one brake won't work against the
other one, by virtue of them possibly-having significantly different 'working' drum diameters.

The ones on Evilpay are not very expensive.

And, if your ride appears to be pulling to one side, under braking, as previously discussed on other threads, you should install
new rubber brake lines, because old/aged lines might LOOK ok, but they can have deteriorated internal passages, which
would affect their braking response.

Just some info that might affect your decision about where to buy parts.

I bought nearly every steering part from Kanter for my '56 Plymouth. Everything was marked as being made in China. I ended up salvaging some of the original, 60-year-old parts, as they were better than the new replacements.

Last fall, I rebuilt the entire steering and suspension system while on the bare frame. The frame sat outside since that time and today I noticed several rubber grease seals have dried, hardened, and at least one of them split while just sitting. Now I'll have to find a source for good seals and disassemble everything to replace the Chinese made crap! The only ones that are still flexible were on a couple of decades old NOS Mopar parts that I found.

If they couldn't withstand 5 months of weathering without falling apart, they aren't even worth putting on a car. If I was doing it again I find good used parts if I couldn't find NOS.
