Today, I spoke to John Wright of Addco ( http://www.addco.net ).

He said that they have in stock a rear 3/4" diameter bar with brackets, catalog application is 1963-1973. We collectively know that this should fit the unibody Forwardlook cars - 1960 - on (and to 1964)

Front Bar is listed for the same years - we know that will fit the post-Forwardlook cars - the short wheelbase cars (1962 to 1964). Will not fit the long wheelbase unibody cars (1960-61) - unless someone can confirm anything different.

Below is a catalog cut from Summit Racing - http://www.summitracing.com/ - with current prices. When I spoke to John Wright, he said that even if Summit does not have the bars in stock, they will have Addco drop-ship them from the factory when an order is placed with Summit - the advantage ordering from Summit is that they have free shipping in the 48-lower US states.

The second catalog cut is from Addco's own site.

Addco will accept orders, but will add shipping costs to list prices, so there is an advantage to ordering from Summit, and it is the same product.

Also, John told me that in the near future, he may be available to come up with custom applications for sway bars, like the late John Carlson of Outlaw1 racing (Port St Lucie, Florida) was doing a few years ago (John was once the hands-on product development guy at Addco, before they moved from Florida to North Carolina). I have a '58 coupe and a '57 wagon, and will likely be going to see him when I have those cars on the road (give me a few years...)

Note: if your 62-64 full-size Mopar did not come with a factory front sway bar, to install the Addco bar, you will still need the sway bar brackets from a car that had a factory bar. Your frame should already have drilled and tapped (threaded for factory bolts) holes for the brackets and bolts - all my 63-64 Chryslers have - probably the '62s were drilled & tapped also.

Is there any particular reason you don't think the addco front bar would fit a 60- 62? Do you think they guy you talked to at addco would give the dimensions out?

I'm a buyer just as soon as there are REAR anti-sway bars available to fit '57-59 chassis. Specifically my 300Cs. Would have had one on rear of the F I sold last year if I knew about the above.

The front bars may fit the 60-61 cars - just thinking the long wheelbase cars may have some slightly different dimensions. I don't own one with which to compare. I can only be sure of the short wheelbase cars.

From previous discussions here, I've heard the '90s full size Ford Bronco rear bar fits most any Forwardlook car, with the appropriate bracketry.

You can contact their tech department directly via a webform at http://www.addco.net/aftermarket/tech-support-contact/
That's how I ended up speaking with John Wright.
