Expert 5K+ Posts: 5006 | Just trying to gauge interest? These are the two different sides(left and right). I know gaskets are available. This would be for the base and antenna pair.

Expert 5K+ Posts: 5006 | so far its the 57-59 Dodge/Plymouth ... You can also "angle the bases" as you wish for other cars? I will look at making them so if you want you can fully seat the antennas If enough interest I can do the 56.

Veteran Posts: 103 Location: Phoenix, Arizona | If they are for 1958-59 Dodge and Plymouth I'd be interested in several sets. Any idea how much they will cost per pair? I did send a set of bases to an outfit to get the recast years ago but I never got any new bases and I don't think I even got my old bases back either. Bo.

Expert 5K+ Posts: 5006 | These are out for casting. It will take a few months. Guy is very reputable from what I heard. These will be exact up top. The underneath will be a bit more filled in. They come polished, I will figure out the chroming cost later.

Expert Posts: 1622 Location: Seville, OH | I thought I read recently that there were two styles of bases/gaskets. On had common gaskets and L-R bases, and the other had common bases and L-R gaskets. Do I have that correct, and if so which style are you making?

Expert 5K+ Posts: 5006 | old and new! It actually exists... This guy takes a long time but he showed up. The polisher kind of over did it on this one but I will be polishing them myself from now on. They are pretty darn nice, now to get them chromed. That is polished only. the original one still has some molding gunk on it. I have a lot of antique antennas saved up.
