I have a 318 poly just waiting for that

It sounds like a seller thats "just had enough"

I expect a fairly high reserve though

Would be a good candidate for a modern 5.7 hemi conversion I recon. A more modern upright Chrysler 6 would be good too, that way you could keep the column shift. Hopefully it wont get a Chev!
(cross dressing!)

Didnt meet reserve at AU$12500.00

Whatever killed the engine should be fixed really, no one would want to pay much more than that for one that wont run

You are probably right Mick regarding it being a non runner. But it is a super rare car and if rebuilt well, I believe worth more than $12K Australian pesos. Only worth what the next guy pays I suppose. I would like to own it. I would think 20 K is near the mark? The cost to get it running could vary widely though depending on how you went about it. Would be a fun car to own, and that is what it is all about to me.

Steve.
