Location: McComb, Mississippi | Like the title says, when I put the dwell/tachometer in the car the engine stalls. The positive connects to the negative side of the coil and negative to ground. Anyone ever heard of this happening? This is on my 63 imperial. I don't know if the meter is somehow shorted out or what. I'm kinda stumped. Thanks |

Without seeing what your using, check you are using the correct leads and if its a multi meter, you have it set right

Location: McComb, Mississippi | It's an analogy dwell meter. I've made sure the leads are correct. I'm starting to think it's the meter too . thanks |
