Okay I havent gotten under the car yet.

 

Remove parking brake cable? its connected to the body(crimped under the dash i saw).  Pull the drum off? Is there  a bolt on the drum or driveshaft bolts hold it on?

Speedo cable? How to

Shift cable how to?  bolt and screwdriver and pop clip i saw?

Yep, read and understand manual, undo bolts, remove transmission

Side note: these transmissions weigh as much as a modern engine, dont try to be a "HE Man" and drop it on your chest or you will have broken ribs (at best)
