Build sheet shows 521 as an axle code. Any idea what ratio this is?

Yep, that's the standard economic axle ratio 2,93:1

Thank you! I am not used to this old of stuff! Galen Govier didn't make any little white books for stuff this old. I really wish there was some reference material on this car. I still haven't found the fender tag.

Hola

You may also read this 1959 Chrysler Brochure: http://www.lov2xlr8.no/brochures/chrysler/59ch1/bilder/12.jpg . Notice the ratio is the same in both senior - junior and wagon's too. the tyre sizes could make an effect on the ratio and it is the same from 361 to 413's.

When you look at The De Soto Division you will see a slightly better listing in the 1959 brochure: http://www.lov2xlr8.no/brochures/desoto/59des1/bilder/10.jpg .
