Expert 5K+ Posts: 9604 Location: So. Cal | Here are the fuses for the power seat and something else in my '57 Windsor. The '57 New Yorker looks the same except there are three of them to work with the power windows. I am pretty sure that the fuse/breaker itself has a little clip on the back of its housing. That clip springs into a hole in the kickpanel area to hold it in place. You can see an empty hole to the left of these fuses for adding another breaker. The tops of the fuses are all bus-barred together to provide a common power source to all of them. Then the individual wires run out from the bottom connection to the different accessories. There is a paper that is applied over the tops of them that label the different connections. Mine is obviously not doing too well. Expert Posts: 1906 Location: Ontario, Canada | The "clips" that hold the individual circuit breakers are shown at the top left. These clips are installed in the square holes of the kick panel as shown in Nathan's pic. Greg (image.jpg) Attachments ---------------- image.jpg (81KB - 52 downloads) | ||
