The '57 Chrysler New Yorker has a New Yorker emblem with a small Chrysler script below it in the recess created by the back seat dip in the center. The Fury has a flookerang in the same place. I think I remember that the Adventurer had an Adventurer script in that spot. Does anyone know if the Fireflite and Dodge cars had anything placed there?

Paul, was that on the Regal only? Do you have a picture of it? I'm not seeing anything in the pictures posted by Dave.

Here's the one from my 1958 Fireflite. The script is the same one that is under the speedometer.

I've never seen the Fireflite or Regal versions. Thanks for sharing! It seems that a lot of the emblems used were used on the dash too, Chrysler included.

For the record, this is the emblem for the '58 Chrysler New Yorker.

KP Bilar has this emblem listed as being for the '57 Dodge - I assume that is would be for the rear seat dip. I have never seen this on a car. Looks like it is made of aluminum. Anyone recognize it?

All the Regal Lancers that I have looked up have the lancer with shield embossed in colored vinyl, similar to what is on the rear quarter. Paul, this isn't the same emblem as what is on the door sill. Also, this '58 CRL has the same embossed Lancer as you stated.

Some Chrysler 300's that I have seen have this 300 number on them, but some don't. Anyone know how they came from the factory?

That's really neat. Thanks for sharing Dave! I should have titled this thread for all of the emblems to have them all listed in one place. Likewise, my '57 New Yorker fabric isn't in the greatest of condition, but it is good to have a photographic image for the proper placement of the emblems from an original car.

Got it. Thanks. I confused that emblem with a different one. So what did the '57 Custom Royal use on the back seat dip?

Here is the rear seat dip on a '57 CRL for sale on Ebay right now. Looks the same as the '58 version.

I wanted to give it a try. Here's my test. Still a few tweaks on symmetry and placement, but I'm getting there.

That looks great Dave, and thanks Ralf. This is the emblem for the '59 Dodge Custom Royal. Any other '59 owners have pictures for the '59 Fury, '59 Fireflite, & '59 New Yorker?

This picture was the best I could find for the '59 New Yorker. Hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like it said CHRYSLER above the emblem. More similar to the '57 style than the cheap '58 embossing.

Thanks Dave. So it looks like the Chrysler script goes below the emblem just like on the '57, but it seems lower position than on the '57, and has a bunch of pleats to the sides of it.
Can you dig up some pictures of '59 DeSoto & '59 Plymouth seat dips?

This is the seat dip emblem for the '59 Fury. Kinda boring. I am tempted to glue/sew a different material in the background of it and use a metal Fury emblem in the center instead of getting the embossing done.
