1957 Chrysler Imperial Crown Southampton 2-Door Hardtop Coupe
Check out pictures and YouTube video (see link below) and email me with questions. Very nice clean driver, you can have fun with it now while you do some restoration...or not. These don't come around very often, drive a piece of Americana history. This is the car that started the fin craze! 392/Hemi, Auto-trans, TorqueFlite-3-speed unit with manual selections for first and second via pushbutton - so cool! Windows, seats, steering, brakes, air - power, power, power!
HADA Guide pricing: $16,200 Low - $50,520 High.

I actually like that car a lot....he lowered it which looks good. I'd plan to spend a bunch on the interior to make it nice. I love ads when people don't put a price....

It's nice when they do a walk around video like that. It is a Base model and not a Crown as described but still nicely optioned with A/C, power windows, power seat, and rear defogger.
Interior obviously need a little help but it the price seems reasonable for a solid and running coupe.
I definitely like the look of these Imperials lowered like this one.

Nice looking car and a good presentation too. That's a good price, mine is a little rougher, needs more paint and interior work, and I got serious interest in it at 17-18k. They are such beautiful cars.

If you're serious, don't let it pass you by. I really like the look of this car....probably my favorite 57 Imp I recall seeing in terms of stance, color, and straightness. This looks like the sort of car you could buy 40 years ago but never see anymore.

unearthed topic !!! As the Bakersfield '57 Imperial looks like a basket case, how is this ? Or rather does someone of the list (or friends) have look personally at it ? Ther's are some rust issues (rocker panels, under the lower trunk molding, which are usual areas, i've also them on mine ...) but the car is always for sale since 1 year ! And the price is not too high... https://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/cars-for-sale/chrysler/imperial...
