Parting out a '57 Desoto:

Front Core support, very straight, pretty nice overall. Was an A/C car. $90

Inner fenders: Driver side is really nice, passenger side has one small hole, overall very nice. Battery tray section is perfect. $275 for both. (I do not want to ship these, I have had very good luck with U-ship however, and it usually quite a bit cheaper then freight)

1957 (only) steering column and gear: car was low mileage, around 68K, not lots of play in steering, complete column attached. Power steering car of course, $175 for entire column and gear.

Signal seek "brain", this is mounted on passenger side under dash, this is also 1957 only. I do not have the radio, just this brain part of it. Comes with bracket as well that hangs from inner hood hinge. $75. (SOLD)

Front Desoto emblem: Nice shape, no broken screws. $75 for all 3 pieces

Big car (Desoto Firedome, Fireflight, Chrysler Saratoga and New Yorker) front sway bar. Nice shape, will need the hangers, $100

1957 Desoto 341 hemi 4 barrel intake, this was used on Fireflights only. This can be directly bolted onto a Firedome for added horsepower. in nice shape, painted black. $350.

1957-1959 Desoto dual antenna splitter. in nice shape, this runs all the way to the trunk for the dual antenna option. $100

I will post more stuff shortly..

Here are a few photos:

Are the Dodge and Chrysler sway bars different? If so, how? I was hoping to swap a big body Chrysler bar on my Dodge.

If it helps, I know the Ball joints and upper and lower bushings are the same on both cars. So that would lead me to believe they are the same set up..

That makes sense as they use the same width of frame. But I wasn't sure about the lower control arms. Thanks for the input.

I'm pretty sure the Dodge sway bars are different. The Dodge ones will fit a Plymouth, however.

I will take a picture of my Chrysler bar on my dodge. It looked like it would fit fine.

Ryan,
Would you have the A/C vents for the top of the dash? I'm looking for them for my DeSoto...

John was right the Chrysler is a slight bit longer in the front.

if your putting it in a car with a sway bar installed you will need to move the frame mounts like 2 inches forward.

I am bolting my mounts in so I am moving them slightly forward, I wont actually mount them until I get the weight and the car on the ground...

Do you have these on this car? According to Ed Petrus not all of them had them. Supports for the mesh grille. I have 2 57's, one had them, one did not.
