But in any case...who would offer to pull the engine out and sell it separately? Makes no sense on a car like this.

Location: Branson, MO		I didn't think the '58 Windsors were available with the HEMI engine. Could this one be a transplant? I'm not sure the wagons were built at the Dodge plant so possibly the HEMI was an option..............

Yes, couldn't get a hemi in the lowly windsor

Location: So. Cal		He probably just swapped the heads onto the original poly motor when he "newly rebuilt it". Many people would do the same thing.
