Location: So. Cal		You should have included the size limit of 250KB and the file must be in the .jpg format for windows, not jpeg like a macintosh uses.

I did include the 250kB note. Not sure whether I knew about the jpeg vs jpg thing back then but I do know now. Yes. JPG not JPEG!!
