Hello,

I have a 1978 440 I am nearly ready to put into my 59 Dodge Sierra Spectator. I have a 1964 tf727 already in there.

Will a b body oil pan fit?

Will the truck/motor home manifolds fit?

Also what is a better intake the stock spread bore intake or the 1966 4 barrel?

Thanks

...apparently you have been missed....Is this a truck head engine or a pass car head engine? With a Thermo-quad I'll guess a pass car type.
Does the 59 have a similar crossmember design to a late B-body? If so, then the B-body pan may work. If not, figure out what the interference might be and find a pan that can be modified.
The exhaust manifolds tuck close to the block so they might clear the torsion bars...you'll quickly find out when you drop it in the hole.
I'll suggest that the 78 intake is a better design and the TQ is a great carb if properly tuned.
