You mean to use in the steering wheel puller? I beleive they are 3/8-16, coarse thread. And they need to be 3-4 inches long, depending on the design of your puller.

On '60 the threads are 3/8", so it's very likely that '57 has the same threads

I happen to have a '58 Chrysler wheel handy in my garage, and I checked, and they are 3/8-16.

FYI Auto Zone lets you rent them for free, that's what I've always done, and theirs has worked on all the wheels I've pulled.
