Has anyone purchased one of these mats? I'm wondering how they fit and what you think of the texture of the mat.

It doesn't look right to me. The description lower on the page describes it as 1953-1954 Chrysler trunk mat....

Hi Greg , I bought one for my 58 Desoto from them and they are made from a nice burtex material which looks ok but isn't original .
Also this company make nothing , they are just drop sellers , peddling other people products . My 58 Desoto mat didn't fit properly and was inches too narrow at the top . So after much hassle from I think it was R.E.M who made them they sent me a roll of the burtex to cut myself . I would suggest that if I were you to get it fitting just right .

Yes, the shape look odd. I have been burned before, buying these pre-cut trunk mats. The only one I've ever gotten that fit perfectly, was a hand sewn rug from Gary Goers. I bought a $10 remement of indoor outdoor carpet from Home Depot, for my Fury, and cut it myself. Unless you have a 100 point show car, only you know whats in the trunk!

It's not 100 point but it'll be close, so I do want something correct. My original was cracked and broken into 100's of pieces so I'm not sure how they're supposed to look. Were they cut out around the spare? Did they run up the hump to the flat surface under package tray?

Good to know about REM, I'll check them out. I did have an issue with an REM glovebox that was not correct so I'm a little leary. Yes the pattern does not look the same from the chunk of original I have.

So it sounds like Gary Goers carpet that fits right, even though carpet isn't correct. Bulk purchase and cut to fit, probably make a pattern first.
