I wonder why the body plate and punch card have different paint codes, trim codes and build dates?

I suspect because the data plate is for 37321143 and the punch card isn't (it's for 37302404 ) - two different cars.

Thanks guys , makes sense because he has two d500's . He said he couldn't get the data card for one of he cars and it appears this is the card for his red and white d500. I really wanted to know what his gold and black d500 was . not much to go from just the body tag.

Thanks, Dave, for posting that great image of the "different" cars punch card!!

Top line: 3 over the 32 = 323 = TF
8 over the 338 = power steering
9 over 339 = power brakes
6 over. I can't read
4 over 374 doesn't compute with my handwritten broadcast sheet codes that you posted.
5 over 375 is back/up lights. Should be coded because it doesn't show accessory groups 1 or 2

But how about the 1 over box 49 which is supposed to be Desoto stuff. Like I said much earlier, box or column 49 shows as super D on some broadcast sheets. The author of this thread said something about one of the cars being a dual quad!! Could we have a real super D here!?

Check out column 49 at the bottom of the card. Looks like it could be punched 1.

I think the author should take a look at the "other" car!!!
