Expert 5K+ Posts: 8843 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Location: WHEELING,WV.>>>HOME OF WWVA | bought one of these . haven't heard or seen anything bad about em . after installing and start up it ran the same awful as the old eddy carb . so i dug in deeper with timing chain and other thoughts . while getting true top dead center i just happened to feel tension on #1 pushrods and found i could remove the intake rod with super ease , pretty much just layin , waitin to be plucked out . so onward to a new 464 comp cam , rods , lifters and springs -----------------------------later https://www.ebay.com/itm/Demon-Carburetion-1901-625-cfm-Street-Demon... Elite Veteran Posts: 1117 ![]() ![]() Location: STL, MO | I ran a 750 speed demon on my 392 for awhile then switched to a QF SS830, I thought the Hemi made more power with the Demon than the QF but the Demon had some demons when the engine would get above 190. Off idle stumble, trouble restarting, slight surging. I had it jetted at 78/84. I still have it, It's going on the Poly stroker. | ||
