Are the vent window frames the same in the convertible and hardtop?........we need a drivers side for the convert.

Actually they are slightly different if you are a purest. The shape is the same and they will interchange but if you look at the picture you can see the raised line on the front edge of the vent frame runs all the way to the top on a vert frame. Hardtop frames the line drops down about 1/2 inch from the top. Why they did that who knows?

Just want to add that 57 hardtop and 58 Plymouth hardtop vent frames are a total different shape and will not interchange. You will need 58-59 frames.

Thanks for this guys.....I know of a hardtop that may still have some parts......it's pretty picked over but who knows what may be left

Thank you for posting that. I had heard that they were different, but never knew what the difference was.
