Did the 57 Imperial come with a remote side mirror adjustment setup where you can control it from a little joystick?

The first Mopar remote control mirrors were on the 1959 models, and only on the driver's side.

FL mirrors are useless no matter how well adjusted they are...

They aren't too bad.. the driver side one is set pretty well, still perfecting the passenger side one. Wish I had a remote joystick for it

I disagree; they are better than many others from the era. The closer they are to the driver, the better. Some of the 50s cars had them way further out on the fender than Mopars of the era. IF someone made some good convex stick-on units that were the same diameter as our fender mirrors, that would be an improvement, especially on the passenger side.

Useless? I use it every day. What is wrong with them? It is a mirror, isn't it? And it simply shows what's going on behind you and that is what it does.

Mine on the passenger side is already convex. I thought that was standard.
