This car is in the UK so most likely to be of interest to anyone in UK or Europe
Imported by me from US in 2011.
Driver quality repaint in US in 2010 along with carb rebuild and some mechanical re commissioning.
Since in UK she has had full transmission rebuild at Alders Automotive at cost of £2,700, rebuilt water pump, rebuilt generator, re chrome of front and rear bumpers and grill surround.
Super straight bodywork with all metal, the only filler/evidence of repair is to bottom of driver side rear quarter. Underneath is solid. Interior is original and in good order except headliner has been replaced (in what looks like the correct material, looks ok but not done perfectly). Seat foam is dried out and crumbly so not as soft and comfortable as would be if redone but I did not want to disturb.
Engine runs strong and has no problem issues or noises.
Coker wide whites have about 2k miles on them.
Put in an electric fuel pump but original is in place and was working if you wish to switch back to original.
Air shocks fitted.
Negatives - radio (not investigated), clock and temp and fuel gauges not working. Engine temp is fine. Have put in new trunk lock but don't have a key for the doors, I have a new lock somewhere for it but couldn't locate at weekend and will have to look again. Brakes are a bit grabby when cold and one of the drums feels like it could do with skimming. Brakes stop fine but pedal feel a bit lumpy/uneven.
I'm Selling as I don't really use the car as It deserves as I have a few others as well.
The car is very presentable as is but you could improve if you wished.
Car will be advertised shortly and I am looking for £15k but just checking first if any ForwardLook members have any interest, yours for £14k
Obviously EU taxes have been paid and we have a crap exchange rate at the moment if anyone wants to take advantage of this.
For anyone in the UK I am in Leeds

They can not be ".jpeg" off an iPhone, etc. They have to be ."jpg" s to work here.
