Can some one help me get started polishing S S. Do I have to do all three wheels
course, medium and fine ? I have no scratches just a dull finish on SS

Start with the fine first. You will know in less than a minute if it needs more 'grit'.

Send me your email address. I have a pdf document from Eastwood, I bought their buffing starter kit and I've been able to produce good results following their instructions.
