Ok I have seen other pictures of the single cylinder master cylinder's and the caps. My question is this does anyone else have an auxilary resivor like mine does? This thing is mounted on a fitting off to the side and feeds the master via a tube into the cap. With that is a challenge to take the cap off let alone getting brake fluid in there. I am going to take a shot at uploading a picture at least I got it down to 205 kb by down sizing it.

Looks like a previous owner of your car was a plumber.
I'm running 2 selfmade fittings in a modern MC, connecting a remote canister with simple hoses.

That just might be. But the way the tube goes into the mc cap sure looks factory and it does not pull out either way. Was a major pain in the bahoochie to the thing to seal on the inside bottom.

There might have been a single-pot MC cover from another make that used a remote reservoir. A pic would be nice.
