Location: Peoples Republic of Oregon | I just finished a 330 rebuild for a customer and weighed the engine for shipping (Fastenal, $175 to SFO).
It comes in right at 600 lbs with alternator and 2x4 intake manifold, no carbs. no fluids.

Location: Peoples Republic of Oregon | The 'problem' I have with all/any of the published charts, whether new or old, is that they never seem to list exactly what is being weighed.
As time permits I may hang a few more on the scale to start my own list.
IIRC, someone on this forum also had a couple on the hook and posted some pics but I cannot find the thread now. |

Ok, my 331 was listed at 735 complete. A 331 is a different block than a 330. |

| Around 600 might be close. All I know about my 354 is that my cheer picker was not very happy having that thing hanging off it. Maybe cast iron wieghed more back then. |
