I actually bought the proper rubber from somewhere when I was building my dodge (would have got it off ebay

It fits between the cowl and the cowl vent (sandwiched there) so the trunk seal is wrong

I still have it somewhere I think because I couldn't close the hood once it was on

I think the hood seal is pretty simple and the trunk seal might not be long enough. Are you looking for original look? otherwise a modern seal would work better. the original is more of an "L" shape

Unless it has to be like original, this seals actually better and is cheaper. Installed almost 30 years ago, it still looks like new. Hollow D-shaped weatherstripping, glued to the body/firewall:
