What years fuel pump will fit on a 1958 318 engine? I have a fuel pump from a 1956 270" engine. If that will not fit, I'll need to get a rebuild kit for the
one on the engine and would be good to know what years to search for.
thank you
Jerry Whitfield

All of the pumps listed on the ebay link are for A-LA engines which is what Jerry needs.
Jerry asked about a 270 which is an Dodge Hemi or Poly, and although similar, not exactly interchangeable.
FWIW, the A-LA pump is a direct replacement for the DeSoto Hemi engines.
'Direct replacement' means it fits and works, not that it is correct for a restoration of any kind.
