Location: Lower Mainland BC | The 58 is effectively a resto-mod done by Jay Leno's painter. We've discussed the car at some length previously.

This is from the ad for the '58 - is this an original '58 fuel injection manifold?

Location: Lower Mainland BC | The casting number (1828 715 ???) doesn't work as a part number.
Did the 58 Dodges ever get fuel injection? The D500 and the Super D500s were both 361s but the Super D-500s were "just" 2 x 4bbls, I believe
That said, I see locations for eight injectors on that manifold.

Apparently 12 Dodges were built with fuel injection. GM acquired one, removed the engine, and tested it in the summer of 1958. Unsure what happened to that car afterwards. That manifold photo’d is for the 392 Chrysler engine.
