After I got everything cleaned up on my cable shift 727, I fount that the threaded portion of the park cable clamp bolt, or pin, has most of its threads missing. Anyone here have a spare they could part with? 1962-1964 i think, I'll post a photo later. Thanks!

I have one off a 63 300. If you could mark exactly which bolt it is?

Here are a couple of photos. One is the pin with the missing threaded end. The other is it in relation to the housing it goes in,

For lack of time here is what I did. I found a shouldered bolt, I think it's a Neon exhaust flange bolt, and cut it down. I then drilled about halfway thru the housing with a size that has a really snug fit. Now I can tighten it until the shoulder locks the cable housing in place. I think it will hold better than the original one.

Final photo of the park cable installed. Not much torque on the nut needed to lock the cable down. Success!
