Looks like Scott has just added another FL hardtop. Freshly posted video - from the video description:

"Looks like another Plymouth joins the fleet! Very excited; now I have all the 2-door hardtops from 1957-1961, my favorite years, from the best of the Exner-era at Chrysler. I do have a 1961 Belvedere sedan, but I always wanted the hardtop, as it really does look a lot nicer, although maybe not yet in this particular case, haha!

This one came from a farm auction about an hour from home... I wasn't even there, but a couple of the Agents were, and they bought it for me! So cool of them, for sure! It was going to the scrap trailer if they hadn't, so I was stoked to get the car for basically scrap money, and it'll be saved now!"

The belvedere has a Fury trunk aluminum trim panel. Was that a option on belvedere?

No, no option. But likely someone was repairing an accident damage and used Fury pieces (whole trunk lid with trim) as Belvedere bits were not available.

And here's a little update on the 1961 Plymouth Belvedere 2-door hardtop - from the video description :

"HI! We're back with a second look at our rescued 1961 Plymouth Belvedere hardtop! This time we'll install a pretty nice windshield I had sitting around so we can keep the car dry, and we'll start disassembling the body to get ready to replace a fender if we can find one. Also a good opportunity to give the exterior a scrub and tidy to start removing decades of dirt and moss.

I hope you enjoy our Classic Motorcycle Review this week: a sweet old 1966 Suzuki S-32 150cc 2 stroke twin. We had a lot of fun putting together the short feature at the end; I look forward to doing more of that kind of thing again!

Also this week: Agent 303 stops by to help with the Plymouth project, and Frankers is pretty mad when she has to wait in the car for a minute."
