Are the fender access panels used on 1960-61 cars interchangeable with the panels used on the 1963-64 ram inducted cars? Are the inner fenders interchangeable?

63-64 were short wheel base cars
The F's and G's were long wheel base cars

That makes sense that the inner fenders would not be interchangeable, but are the access panels the same for a 1960 300F and a 1960 Dodge Phoenix D-500 with crossrams?
