In true Facebook tradition I have not looked at the site before commenting of course, and repair information is always good, but from the intro; hot rod and restoration would seem a bit contradictory.

Depends on who is administrating the group. Some I belong to are fact based, and commenting off topic is limited, spam deleted, etc. Other groups...not so much. But I'll always try a group for a couple weeks, before deciding whether to stay or go.
