Looks like clutch pedal down, and is the lever for overdrive arrowed?

I couldn't see the clutch pedal either, but the add says it's a manual trans car and you can see the gear selector shaft on the underside of the steering column. Springsweptwing has identified the giveaway, the handle for the overdrive lockout cable.
