Why does he have 300C trim on a 300G? The car looks very good overall, and the price is low for a car like this. Makes me wonder what is hidden.

Probably a C that sat unsold until 1961 so they painted it to look like '61 then sold it to some unsuspecting dupe. They used to do that all the time.

This listing smells like a scam. The car was listed up here in Seattle and I can't find the old ad. Now it's listed in Dallas using all the pictures from the Seattle posting?

Even shows it as being available up here but not listed in Seattle.

If the car is solid and someone wants it at a negotiated $35K is a good buy. I too despise the color but that is something that can be changed.
