Another red B. Ad says this one originally a black car. In my opinion it should have stayed black. Nice restored car. In Canada. Tyres are pumped up on this one! Steve.

The decoding of the cowl tag, if anybody interesting…
It is highlighted by yellow circle in the bottom left corner of the picture

MODEL 44 = Chrysler 300B 2 Door Hardtop
PAINT 01 = Originally Raven Black Exterior Color (!!!), not Regimental Red #37
TRIM 50 = Tan Leather Interior
SCHED 315 = Scheduled on March 15, 1956
ITEM 192X = 2Xth car built that day (it must be four-digit number, bad to see fourth digit)

5 above A = Power Antenna
3 above D = Music Master Radio and Rear Seat Speaker
4 above F = Heater
1 above G = Solex Tinted Glass – All Windows
4 above S = Powerflite Transmission with Power Steering

BODY NUMBER 1757 (not 1745), although VIN# 3N56*1745…

Very Very nicely done restoration. Only complaint I have is the pushbutton faceplate. Otherwise, a very well restored car!
