We would like announce here what we here at Premium Dash Decals have been up to for developing new products for Forward Look Era Mopars! These are exact reproduction instrument facing kits for Forward Look cars! Below are some pictures of actual products (note table background removed and set to white to avoid distractions). There are two basic kit types for many products. One style is black backgrounds with the text done in original style Radium Green. The other style is the same faces but the text is done in High Visibity (Contrast) white. Where possible some kits have a Metric Kilometers Per Hour export face. In the 55/56 Plymouth picture below the 200KPH speedometer face is the exact face Plymouth used on their export vehicles. All faces were patterned from originals. They are created using 3M premium vinyl (same they do car wraps with) that are processed with a custom in-house matte automotive grade clearcoat in order provide UV light fade resistance and to give the exact factory finish. Decals are cut and ready to apply to a clean black gauge face. We recommend cleaning the old face off with lacquer thinner (or similar) and a Scotchbrite scrubbing pad. Once bare and cleaned with alcohol you can paint the faces Krylon flat black and then once dry apply or decals over top. Decal film goes on dry and will not bubble or wrinkle due to the premium grade product with special adhesive. Decal is repositionable if needed and glue backing will activate and lock down after a few hours. Odometer tapes are provided in the kit in order to whiten up the yellowed digit wheels. The odo kit will not alter indicated mileage, its simply cleaning up your faded odometer. We are releasing instrument face kits for all forward look cars except a select couple that use gold faces as the gold cannot be easily reproduced for a DIY application. We currently cover all Chrysler products from 1960-1980 with some mid 80s and 90 truck products. Here at PremiumDashDecals.com (a Mr. Heaterbox and Interior Restoration Services company) we have been making refacing kits for 15+ years so we have lots of experience doing it right! In addition to the Forward Look years we are currently rolling out new product to support all Chrysler car and Trucks (including Power Wagons) from 1939-1959. If you have any questions please feel free to email us at MrHeaterbox@kos.net or call Brian at 613-532-2587. We are glad to help. Additionally we are now supporting Jeep and International Harvester Scout products if anyone is interested in that stuff too.

This is exciting, I was thinking of contacting you to have you make decals for my 57 Dodge.

Maybe it's just me, but I can't find anything pre 1960 on your website??

I see you call the 1957-1958 Plymouth "Fury'. 1957 and 1958 Fury's have 150 MPH Speedometers. Can you make those? And call the Normal speedo sheets: Plaza, Savoy, Suburban and Belvedere. Could you work on a Tach Face (instead of a clock) say for a popular 2-1/8'' Auto Meter Tachometer? Thanks! Marc in Newark.

I agree Mark! An original looking tach face for a tach that fits the hole would be great! Same thing for the '57-'58 Dodge, & Chrysler. DeSoto clocks are too far away for a tach to be useful though.
