My car has solid orange painted valve springs. Odd. I have never seen this before. Anybody else? What does it mean?

Backstory...
So my 60 Windsor is pressurizing the cooling system and allowing a little oil to enter. Im taking the top end off soon and doing some looking in the meantime.

Thanks!

Hi there,
My 361 has red (maybe burnt orange?) coloured valve springs. It is still original, 2 bbl engine, built late 58/ early 59. Not sure what it may indicate but I'd suggest spring pressure/wire diameter/coil bind or installed height features for easy identification on the production line to discriminate type of engine with regard to power output. I.E. 2bbl vs 2x 4bbl D500 engines.
Not sure if this is correct but sounds feasible.
Any other ideas out there?
