I know Im a year past FL mopars but does anyone know if 80/20 Rayon/Nylon Loop Carpet-500 series would have been standard for 62 B-bodies. I want to order carpet and the supplier sent me samples. The other samples are of a Cut Pile Carpet-800 series. My gut tells me the 80/20 Loop is correct but just want to make sure. Thanks, Bob

Factory issue was cut pile. Unfortunately I have tried two vendors and neither one was very good as far as color match. ACC was the closest to the correct cut and appearance.

Oh ok, can you tell me when 80/20 loop was factory. Pretty sure my 68-69-70 c-bodies had it. Thought my 57-58 Plymouth Belvederes did too. Thanks, Bob

I can not tell you when this happened. It's been so long that I had to look and see what I ended up with.
I ended up with the loop for my '62 Fury because the cut pile wasn't available in the color that I needed.
Here's a swatch I cut of the original material.
